Project Goal

To furnish the renovated Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory library to create a functional, modern learning environment for students.

Project Background

The Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory building was in poor condition. Thanks to support from benefactors and the state, several areas—including the library—were renovated in 2024. However, the library remains unfurnished, making it difficult for students to use the space effectively.

This project aims to fully equip the library with proper shelving, creating distinct areas for studying, accessing books, and using audio-visual materials.

We are excited to contribute toward strengthening the institutional infrastructure for Armenia’s leading music academy! Even better news: The Hovnanian Foundation is providing approximately $40,000 to the library under the condition that we bring in the remaining funds to complete the project.
