Project Goal
To engage children with and without disabilities in theatrical productions that strengthen communication skills, creativity, and public awareness.
Project Background
The “Together” Inclusive Theatre Group, founded in 2022 by The Center for Children with Learning Disabilities, uses theatre as a tool for creative development and social integration of children with disabilities. Through drama therapy and performance, children learn to communicate, express themselves, and build relationships with peers while helping society better understand and accept diversity.
In 2026, the group will stage two productions with our support:
“The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
“The Twelve Months”, a New Year’s musical fairy tale
The troupe consists of 12 children aged 9–16. Rehearsals for The Little Prince will begin in February 2026, with the premiere in July and regional tours in September–October. Work on The Twelve Months will take place from September to November, with performances during the New Year holidays (December–January).
Performances are accompanied by post-show discussions with specialists, children, and parents to reflect on emotions, learning, and personal growth. The project fosters inclusion, challenges stereotypes, and provides children with opportunities to develop confidence and creative independence.
